CHRIS BROWN TAKES ‘FAME TOUR’ TO DUBAI – DEC 9 (PHOTOS/VIDEOS)

On December 9, Breezy performed apart of his ‘F.A.M.E.’ Tour in front of more than 10,000 people in Dubai, in an effort to boost album sales in the country according to ThatGrapeJuice. Sorry for the delay on covering this show!
