CHRIS BROWN CONFIRMS ‘FORTUNE’ ALBUM DELAY + NEW DATE
Chris Brown had no smile to give as he made his way to the airport to catch an early flight to Perth, Western Australia this morning to perform his final show of the Supafest 3 festival.
After the show, Breezy took to his twitter account to finally confirm that his fifth album ‘Fortune’ has been delayed. It’s official, the new release date is set at July 3.
Well, the delays gives me more time to relaunch.. and more time for him, his team, and you guys to promote!
CHRIS BROWN’S ‘FORTUNE’ ALBUM DELAYED UNTIL JUNE?
My facial expression is exactly what you see above. Chris Brown or anyone officially affiliated with him and RCA have not confirmed this yet, but his fifth studio album ‘Fortune’ may have been pushed back to June 26, according to a post on the singer’s official Facebook page Friday (April 20).
The only confirmed date up until this point has been May 8. Apparently, there will be a press release “huge” announcement from Breezy’s camp this Tuesday (April 24). Maybe then, the date change (if any) will finally be confirmed. Stay clicked!
CHRIS BROWN FILMS ‘FORTUNE’ ALBUM COMMERCIAL [PHOTOS]
Over the weekend and in-between feeding his Instagram addiction (see the sidebar), Chris Brown put back on his director hat to co-direct and film a new ‘Fortune’ album promo with his homie Godfrey Taberez. The two previously worked on the “Turn Up The Music” video together!
The new album drops next month on May 8, so we should be seeing this commercial very soon!

Chris Brown will be in Australia next month which is probably the only thing US Weekly got right in their article. He’ll be performing apart of Supafest 3 alongside musical acts like Big Sean, Trey Songz, Lupe Fiasco, Ice Cube, Missy Elliot, P. Diddy, Rick Ross, Kelly Rowland and more!

Formally known as Tity Boi, Southern rapper 2 Chainz can be officially added to the list of features on Chris Brown’s upcoming fifth studio album, ‘Fortune’.
The MC behind the popular track “Spend It” confirmed the news to the Durrty Boyz on Atlanta’s Hot 107.9.
