The production duo known as The Underdogs who crafted Chris Brown’s new single ‘Turn Up The Music’, spoke with MTV Tuesday (January 31) about working with Breezy, what his new album ‘Fortune’ will sound like, and even calling him this generation’s Michael Jackson.

Former child star Sammie is rolling out covers of some of your faves as he gears up to release his third album, ‘Coming of Age,’due out later this year. He tweeted, “cover’s allow me to show my diversity…2 more then i’m dropping NEW music of my own. eff fame and fortune. #teamtalent has to stand up!”
Did you catch that light-weight shade? Well, defending his ‘eff fame and fortune’ comment, he tweeted later saying, “I’m not dissing any1… i support C.BREEZY (GREATEST ENTERTAINER OF OUR TIME), TREY SONGZ, TANK, USHER, and many more.”

CHRIS BROWN NAMED GQ’S ‘WORLD’S WORST DRESSED MAN 2012′
Using a slew of OLD PHOTOS, Chris Brown was named ‘Worst Dressed Man’ by GQ (UK) after they revealed their best dressed men Monday (January 30).
The publication writes, “For someone who seems to have so much disposable income – he boasts on one track about spending “15 grand on a phone” and charged over $500 for meet-and-greets on his last tour – Brown seems utterly adverse to investing in tailoring, combining the worst excesses of XXL sizing with a penchant for deeply unflattering costumes. Here GQ.com presents the evidence of Brown’s assorted crimes against fashion since 2005. Sorry “Team Breezy”, but you may have to look away now…”
I honestly don’t agree with this! The photos they used were clearly from maybe 4 or 5 years ago. We all go through that “phase” where we try to figure out “our style”. They shouldn’t judge his young years. However, I feel they snactched every wig on his team were spot on with that comment regarding the cost for his meet-and-greets last year. Ridiculous.

CHRIS PERFORMING AT THE GRAMMYS???
Rumor has it superstar Chris Brown will not only attend the 54th Annual Grammy Awards, but he’ll also perform! According to Mark Malkin, a reporter for E! Online.com, he was told that Breezy might grace the Grammy stage but “plans for a performance are still being worked out, so details are being kept very hush-hush,” he said.
Rihanna has also been confirmed to perform with Coldplay, which I am without a doubt looking forward to!
The 2012 Grammy Awards will telecast LIVE from the Staples Center on February 12 on CBS. Chris is nominated for three awards. Hope he takes them all AND the stage!

CHRIS BROWN JOINS LINEUP FOR 2012 GRIDIRON CELEBRITY HOOPS XIV
Pictured at last year’s Gridiron Celebrity Hoops XIII with Ivory Tabb of Vh1′s I Want To Work For Diddy, Chris Brown has been confirmed to play in this year’s game that will be held at Butler University in Indianapolis, IN on February 4.
According to IndyStar.com, the event will include “free celebrity photos and autographs, crowd interactive games, free prize giveaways, raffles and contests, as well as live musical entertainment.” A spokeswoman for the event added that Breezy will not be performing, he’ll be there just to play basketball.

Chris Brown was joined by rapper Nas in the studio Thursday night (Jan 19) to record a track together for Breezy’s upcoming album, Fortune. Chris tweeted in excitement, “NAS ft on the album!!! In studio right now workin!!! Amazing!”
Fortune is expected to drop in March with the first single (tentatively featuring Will.I.am) hitting radio January 31st.
CHRIS BROWN SCORES TWO 2012 NAACP IMAGE AWARDS NOMINATIONS
The 2012 NAACP Image Awards nominations have been announced and your R&B fave, Chris Brown has scored two nominations! He’ll go up against Common, Bruno Mars, and more in the “Outstanding Male Artist” category and Jennifer Hudson, Jill Scott, and new mommy Beyonce in the “Outstanding Album” category. Wow!!
The 2012 NAACP Image Awards will air live February 17 on NBC. Congratulations and good luck Breezy!
