CHRIS BROWN TALKS DIRECTING WALE, BIG SEAN’S “SLIGHT WORK” VIDEO
Chris Brown spent time behind the camera this week as director of Wale and Big Sean’s new video “Slight Work”. The trio spoke with MTV News about how the concept came together and how only right is to do what they wanted to do.

‘WE FOUND LOVE’ DIRECTOR DID NOT KNOW CHRIS BROWN WAS BLOND
…Right. I’m sure we’ve all seen Rihanna’s video for “We Found Love” and all have thought about the obvious similarity between Chris Brown and the video co-star, boxer Dudley O’Shaughnessy. Director, Melina Matsoukas sat down with Pitchfork to talk about her collaboration with Rihanna and of course the “intended” direction.
Pitchfork: For better or worse, Rihanna now is kind of haunted by her relationship with Chris Brown. Were you playing into that with this video?
MM: No. The intention is not for it to be Chris or anything related to that relationship. We all have gone through the kind of tumultuous relationship shown in the video. I didn’t even know that Chris Brown is blond right now. This dude was already blond. It’s not like I told him to dye his hair. He doesn’t even really look like Chris Brown to me.

CHRIS BROWN SCORES 3 54TH ANNUAL GRAMMY NOMINATIONS!
Chris Brown snagged three nominations Wednesday night (November 30) at the Nomination Special for the 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards! He’s up for Best R&B album (‘F.A.M.E.’), Best Rap Performance (Look At Me Now), and Best Rap Song (Look At Me Now)! According to his team, he has been nominated for 11 GRAMMY Awards since launching his career back in 2005. Yes! Congratulations Breezy!
The 54th Annual GRAMMYS will broadcast live on February 12, 2012 at 8/7c, on CBS!

INSIDE CHRIS BROWN’S NEW HOLLYWOOD HOME (PHOTOS)
According to Realtor.com:
Brown’s new lair is an ultra modern architectural home with all sorts of bells and whistles that a young star might find appealing. It was designed by architect Jay Vanos and has a very vertical footprint. A speedy elevator shoots guests from the garage to the main pool area.
The home has a security system, Crestron smart home controls, a Boffi kitchen and baths. Walls of glass make the most of the canyon views and there is also a green roof. The home dazzles at night with custom LED lighting in cantilevered concrete stairs and benches and LED light shows in the pool and hot tub. Records show the home was purchased through a trust for $1.55 million. Brown’s ex-girlfriend pop star Rihanna has her home on the market for $4.5 million. Brown’s condo in West Hollywood hasn’t hit the market yet.
.. I wonder if this is really his new pad.

The first single from Chris Brown’s next album Fortune is called “Strip” is already number one on the R&B/Soul iTunes USA Chart with F.A.M.E.’s ”Look At Me Now” close behind at number four. “All Back” has dropped to number 37 but there’s an obvious way to fix that! Log on to iTunes and purchase “Strip” and “All Back” now!
In related news, Breezy’s fifth album Fortune is set to drop sometime in March 2012 according to a French arm of Jive Records.
DRAKE ON RUMORED CHRIS BROWN ‘FIGHT’: ‘SOMEONE WOULD’VE GOT KNOCKED THE F*CK OUT’
Drake talked with Marlow Stern of Newsweek and The Daily Beast recently about his latest album ‘Take Care’, his fling with Rihanna, the rumored fight between him and Chris Brown and more. He reassured Stern that there was never beef between him and Breezy saying, “I respect Chris Brown. I’d like to call myself a friend—I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that,” and continued, “But I definitely didn’t get elbowed in my face. Somebody would’ve got knocked the f–k out.”
