CHRIS BROWN TO REMAIN ON SUPERVISED PROBATION
Despite making tremendous progress with the terms of his sentence.. a Judge ruled Chris Brown remain on supervised probation Thursday (Feb 9) in LA. Chris did not appear in court but was represented by his lawyer Mark Geragos who made the request to relax probation terms.
Superior Court George Lomeli agreed with a prosecutor who said Thursday that the R&B singer should continue to check in at a probation office until after he completes the rest of his community labor. (Source)
In 2009, Chris was ordered to serve five years probation and has completed half of the six months of community service ordered, anger management and domestic violence counseling. The next progress hearing is scheduled for July 10.
