Written and produced by The Underdogs, the energetic track will appear on Fortune (RCA); the eagerly anticipated follow-up to Brown’s critically acclaimed 2011 release F.A.M.E. F.A.M.E. has garnered 3 Grammy Awards nominations including Best R&B Album, and Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for his hit single “Look At Me Now.”

MTV PRESS: ‘BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE’ iTUNES SALES SOAR 904% AFTER VMAS + PERFORMANCE PHOTOS!
After taking to the VMA stage to perform a medley of hits, Chris Brown saw massive sales spikes on the iTunes single charts with Beautiful People soaring 904% and Yeah 3X up 149%. Adele’s “Someone like You” surged 441% to land the top of the iTunes singles chart. Beyoncé’s “Love on Top,” while not even officially a single leaped impressively to #3, a sales up of 221%, and Cobra Starship’s “You Make Me Feel”, which has performed in the pre-show as well as featured in Jersey Shore episode that same night jumped from #11 to #5. Jessie J, who served as this year’s VMA House artist, saw digital sales of her album “Who You Are” jump nearly 200%.

CHRIS BROWN’S 2011 US ‘F.A.M.E.’ TOUR DATES; KELLY ROWLAND, TYGA, T-PAIN TO JOIN?
Chris Brown has finally revealed all the dates and venues for his 2011 F.A.M.E. Tour set to kick off in Toronto on September 12. Word is he’s not only bringing Kelly Rowland on the road with him but he’s also bringing along rappers T-Pain and Tyga!
According to Billboard.com, Chris said:
“This tour will allow me to paint a picture musically,” Brown said in the announcement. “I want to bring a lot of energy and excitement to all the fans. It’s going to be a great show.”

CHRIS BROWN’S ‘FORTUNE’ ALBUM DROPS IN SIX MONTHS + RICKEY SMILEY MORNING SHOW VISIT (USTREAM)
Chris Breezy held an exclusive F.A.M.E. album listening party in Atlanta (March 15) where he revealed that another album titled Fortune would be hitting stores before the year is up.
“[This] is the first part of the ‘F.A.M.E.’ album. I’m coming out with another album six months later,†he announced as he played new songs from the first project to be released March 22.
With more than 400 songs recorded for this new era, a second album was likely. Maybe this one will include the new songs fans were looking forward to hear on Fame. “She Ain’t You”, a song that samples Michael Jackson’s Human Nature and sounds more like SWV’s “Right Here” (which uses the same sample) will serve as the next single.

CHRIS BROWN CONFIRMED FOR 3 DAYS ON 106 AND PARK ALBUM RELEASE WEEK!
Last month I reported that BET’s 106 and Park countdown offered Breezy a full week to be apart of the show and at that time, they were still waiting on him to accept. Well, 106′s Twitter handlers announced Monday (March 14) that he will do the show three days during the ‘Fame’ album release week!
Monday (March 21) – Performance, Wednesday (March 23) – Wild Out Wednesday, and Friday (March 25) – judging Freestyle Friday March Mayhem.
Chris’ fourth studio album ‘Fame’ will be available in stores and online on March 22! Make sure to catch him on BET next week!

Breezy was definitely a winner last night on Saturday Night Live but he lost tonight at the Grammy Awards (Feb 13). He was up for three awards including Best Contemporary R&B album for Graffiti that was snatched by Usher for his album Raymond V. Raymond. I honestly think he should have at least won that award if anything. He wants you to know:

Like he said, don’t be upset! If anything went down shady, I’m sure he knows about it. We don’t however, so try to be objective about it. He lost to SADE and Jay-Z/Alicia Keys in the other categories… all who deserved it as much as he did. We have the videos, the new album, and the worldwide tour to look forward to. I’m still excited!

…is March 22nd according to UrbanBridgez.com. However, it has not been confirmed and the annoucement isn’t sourced to anyone at all. FYI. PlanetChrisBrown did hint that the album would be released in March. We can count on that. Stay clicked here!
JIVE LABEL GROUP VP TALKS CHRIS BROWN
“We feel good now that everybody’s talking about his music, which is exactly what Chris’ intention is,” said Tom Carrabba, the executive vice president and general manager of Jive Label Group, Brown’s home label since he released his first album at age 16. (Brown’s representative said the singer would not be interviewed for this story and, as of now, would not be attending the awards).
Carrabba says Brown has a newfound confidence, which he believes is the reason for the singer’s current success.
“I think when he was a little bit younger he was still trying to find his way a little bit and fine-tune his craft, but I think over the last two years he’s absolutely developed a confidence and is very secure in his decision-making process,” Carrabba said.
